Exchange Eligibility
You have [3] calendar days from the date you received the item to lodge a "Request for Exchange".
For an item to be eligible for exchange, the item should meet the following conditions:-
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it (i.e. never worn & have not been washed)
- Have the original packaging
- Comes with receipt or proof of purchase
The reasons we allow for exchanges are:-
- Size change
- Colour change
IMPORTANT:- Logistic costs shall be borne fully by the purchaser. Exchanges will depend on the availability of stock. Exchanges cannot be changed to refund should the stock that you request is not available. We reserve the right to reject the exchange request.
Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only allowed for defect items that was caused by our production. Our team will thoroughly investigate on the issue and it is up to our discretion whether the refund will be honoured.

However, kindly note that we reserve the right to reject any returns and refunds should we believe the conditions are not fully satisfied.
